BLAKE WILLSON GROUP INTERVIEW PROCESS
APPLICATION
If your background and experience align with the role, a member of the BWG Talent Acquisition team will reach out to schedule a 30 - 45 minute conversation. This call will focus on your experience, career goals, and interest in BWG.
ONLINE ASSESSMENT
For all positions, candidates will complete an online assessment designed to evaluate cognitive aptitude, personality traits, and technical skills. The assessment takes approximately 30 - 45 minutes, with some timed sections that cannot be paused or revisited. We recommend completing it in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
INTERVIEWS
Candidates will meet with the Hiring Manager and additional BWG team members in virtual or on-site interviews lasting 45 - 60 minutes. These conversations will assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with BWG's core values.
FEEDBACK
Our goal is for every final decision to result in an offer, but regardless of the outcome, we are committed to transparency. All candidates will receive detailed feedback at each stage of the process.

During the Interview
Our interview process typically includes:
- A phone screen with Talent Acquisition
- An online assessment evaluating cognitive aptitude, personality traits, and relevant technical skills to the role you are applying to
- A virtual panel interview with the hiring manager and other senior team members
- A second virtual or in-person panel interview may be required for certain positions
- Top candidates will receive a formal offer, outlining compensation, benefits, tentative start date, and any terms or conditions.
The process varies by role, but it typically takes 2 - 4 weeks from initial screening to final decision.
