Ms. Dyess oversees internal operations at Blake Willson Group, with responsibility for streamlining and developing processes that improve overall efficiency across the business. She works closely with all departments and helps manage day-to-day requirements and human-resource initiatives.

Ms. Dyess joined BWG with leadership experience in nonprofit management and a record of success in growth and program development for community and philanthropic organizations across Virginia.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from The College of William and Mary and has remained active in civic and professional leadership roles.
