The award program is a result of the Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act of 2017, also known as the HIRE Act, in which the Secretary of Labor is required to put in place a program that recognizes the verified efforts of employers who recruit, employ, and retain veterans. The award is bestowed upon companies of various sizes who fulfill the extensive criteria. 

This distinction reflects Blake Willson Group’s dedication to welcoming veterans to the BWG team of dedicated professionals, as well as to providing supporting services to Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, National Science Foundation, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Intelligence Agencies.
